Industrial civil engineer with a Ph.D. in economics and engineering. Today I am Non Executive Director for Novofarma, National Technology Officer for Microsoft, and Co Chair of AI and Data committee for the American Chamber of Commerce Chile (Amcham).
I had the honor and the challenge of leading Puerto Chacabuco, a port in Chilean Patagonia, as the Chair of the Board.
I have led important projects in both the public and private sectors. In fact, in 2014 I was chosen as one of Chile’s Youth Leaders by El Mercurio. I have represented Chile in international forums such as OECD, UN, APEC and WHO. I also served as head of the commission for the well-known Zero-Tolerance drinking and driving law, which has saved many lives in Chile.
I am a passionate learner; I got a Design Thinking certification from Luma Institute, the Leading with Analytics focused in Advanced Analytics certificate from Kellogg University, and recently I got the certification and diploma of the Institute of Directors – London.
